The one-time State Roster Interpreter Kit purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@interpreterpath.com from the purchase address within 30 calendar days of the charge and identify the order. We will refund the kit price to the original payment method.

The subscription-first bundle includes the first 30 days of Roster Watch, then renews automatically at the monthly or annual price disclosed before checkout. You can cancel recurring billing online from the private membership page. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not itself request a kit refund.

If a recurring charge was made in error, contact us promptly with the charge date and purchase email. Processor and bank posting times vary after a refund is issued.
